Game crashes to desktop

Copy files from CD and use DxWnd[1]

Create a new folder (and call it something like "Faust").

  1. Insert CD 1, and copy the contents of it into your folder.
  2. Copy the sy.at3 file from <path-to-game>\data\eng\ to <path-to-game>\data\)
  3. Open <path-to-game>\fl.ini, and find the line CDPATH: CDROM change this to the drive letter that your disc is in. For example CDPATH: E:\
  4. Download this version of DxWnd. Start it, modify the only game on the list, that is Faust, and change the path to <path-to-game>\Faust.exe.
