Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] is a visual novel developed by Type-Moon. It is an updated version of Fate/stay night.
The PC version of Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] is based on the PlayStation 2 port, and unlike the original Fate/stay night, the three routes in the PC version of Réalta Nua are divided between three separate episodes with their own executables, starting with the Fate route released on December 23, 2011 through Amazon.co.jp. This version also has the adult content from the original game removed, altering some of the game's story scenes to reflect these changes, however, it also features the new content that was previously exclusive to the PlayStation 2 version prior to this PC port. This game, as well as its subsequent re-releases on PlayStation Vita, iOS, and Android was never released outside of Japan. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown, the PC version of Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] is no longer being distributed from Amazon.co.jp.
Despite the game not being available outside of Japan, fan-made English patches are available for the game, one that can simply translate the PC version of Réalta Nua into English, while the other, in essence, provides the best of all worlds from the original Fate/stay night and its later re-releases.

- Extract the
faterealtanua_savedata folder from the RN_Patch_v3.rar archive to %USERPROFILE%\Documents folder.

Fate/stay night Réalta Nua Ultimate Edition
- Successor to the mirror moon TL Insertion Project, currently under active development.
- An extensive English fan translation patch that adds the following improvements:
- Combines all three of individual routes from Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] into a single game similarly to the original 2004 Fate/stay night.
- New graphics options such as 16:9 widescreen presentation from the Vita version, remastered CG artworks from the mobile version, alternate text font and window box styles.
- Implements the HD-quality opening FMV sequences by ufotable from the mobile versions into game's respective routes. A fail-safe option to disable them is also available for systems that have issues playing them.
- The option to change individual music tracks of the game from the original 2004 game, PlayStation 2, and Vita versions.
- An accessible relationship chart for certain characters, an interactive Endings menu like in the PlayStation 2 and Vita versions, and the ability to jump back to certain dialogue scenes (to an extent) similarly to the PlayStation 2 version.
- The ability to restore the adult content into the PC version of Réalta Nua (with mosaic and decensored options), along with an optional mature content filter (for scenes involving alcohol, graphic violence, and suggestive content). The decensored adult content can be further improved with the Improved Uncensor Mod.
- The adult scenes are not considered canon since the PS2 release of the visual novel and are generally considered poor quality. It is suggested to play the game censored.[citation needed]

How to install Ultimate Edition mod[3]
|
- Download the Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] Ultimate Edition installer that matches the computer's operating system architecture (32-bit or 64-bit).
- Run the installer and follow its instructions. The installer will ask which patches to install, then it will prompt where to point the installer to the location of three routes of Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] (Fate, Unlimited Blade Works, and Heaven's Feel) are installed, and then any desired additional options to install the Ultimate Edition. The installation process will take a while to download necessary dependences, desired patches, and combining the three routes.
- Download the updated patch files and move them in the install folder

Improved Uncensor Mod
- The stock uncensored sex scenes from the Ultimate Edition's decensor patch is considered low quality, and in one case, anatomically incorrect. Thorny Rose Studios' mod replaces them with improved, higher quality equivalents that were left mostly unused in the decensor patch, thus providing better consistency in quality of the decensored sex scenes. A version is also available for the previous mirror moon TL Insertion Project.
- This mod assumes you have patched the game with the either Ultimate Edition or mirror moon TL Insertion Project, and have installed their respective H patches (
patch_h.xp3) as well as the decensor patch (patch_decensor.xp3) for Ultimate Edition.
- The mod's website also features a link to a comparison gallery of the decensor patch's stock uncut sex scenes and improved equivalents, however, some scene in comparisons contain spoilers, so view them at your own discretion.

- Download the configuration file from the mod's download page here. If a text file is displayed instead, right click the
this config file link on the download page and then click Save as... and save it as decensor_config.dic.
- Copy the
decensor_config.dic and paste this file into <path-to-game>.

How to install the Improved Uncensor Mod for the mirror moon TL Insertion Project[4]

- Download the mod files marked under Legacy Edition from the mod's link above.
- Extract the contents of the
FSNRNUncModv11.zip file to a convenient location on your computer, then copy the patch_h.xp3, rinpatch_h.xp3 and sakpatch_h.xp3 files into %USERPROFILE%\Documents\faterealtanua_savedata, overwriting the original files.
