Open the game profile from Nvidia Control Panel or Nvidia Inspector. Force off vertical sync.

Disable through the configuration file
Go to configuration file location. Open `game.xml` Find the line `<vsync>true</vsync>` Change it to `<vsync>false</vsync>`

Windowed
