Windowed

Disable through the configuration file
Go to configuration file location. Open `game.xml` Find the line `<fullscreen>true</fullscreen>` Change it to `<fullscreen>false</fullscreen>`

High FPS

Increase framerate limit through the Developer Controls
Enable Developer Controls. Press the `~` key to open the Developer Controls while in game. Type in `framerateLimitFPS ###`, replacing `###` with the desired value.
