Fix game blocking on modern operating systems and modern PCs

This issue is caused because the game does not detect modern hardware and modern systems well.
  1. Download [1] dgvoodoo2.
  2. Copy D3D9.dll,D3D8.DLL,DDRAW.DLL from the \MS\x86\ folder to the game install directory.
  3. Open F1Config.exe (In Admin Mode) located in the game installation folder and set Direct3D Primary.
  4. Set F12000.exe in Windows 8 compability mode (Only Windows10) and Admin mode
