Shin Sangokumusou 4 Special is a singleplayer third-person hack and slash game in the Dynasty Warriors and Warriors series.

It was first released on PlayStation 2 as Shin Sangokumusou 4 (Japanese: 真・三國無双4) in Japan on February 24, 2005, with it's expansion pack released for PlayStation 2 as Shin Sangokumusou 4 Moushouden (Japanese: 真・三國無双4 猛将伝) on September 15, 2005.

Dynasty Warriors 5 Special, a combination of the main game and its expansion was released for Xbox 360 in Japan as Shin Sangokumusou 4 Special (Japanese: 真・三國無双4 Special) on December 22, 2005. It was later ported to PC in Japan and Taiwan region as Zhen San Guo Wu Shuang 4 Special (Traditional Chinese: 真‧三國無雙4 Special) on June 22, 2006[1], and in China as the same name as Traditional Chinese version (Simplified Chinese: 真·三国无双4 Special) on November 5, 2008[2]. As of now, there were no English release for this PC game yet.

The game is non-playable due to SafeDisc DRM no longer works unless with patching which might cause the system to be exposed to known security vulnerabilities.
