- v1.7 is the latest patch available. The GOG.com version of game includes latest patch, and is compatible with modern systems.
- General Improvement Mod (GIM) - community made, fixing some issues on modern systems. Includes the v1.51 executable for DKII.exe (last version with functional AI) alongside a fixed v1.7 DKII-DX.exe, combined with GOG's fixed graphics renderer.
