If using DOSBox with Glide suppport, you may have to use game's OVL file to run it depending on the wrapper. It can be found by unpacking GRTVGR.exe file, located in game's CD, using PkUnzip. To simplify the process, run pkunzip d:\3dfx\grtvgr.exe glide\drivers\voodoo\dos\glide2x.ovl in Command Prompt or in DOSBox.
