Key points
- Figurines are optional; characters can be directly unlocked and bought digitally instead.
- Screen tearing appears in Steam version.
General information
Availability
- All versions are free-to-play, with access to three trial characters (plus two unlockable trial character slots) that change each week.
- The 3.0 starter pack is required to use the full version of the game, which includes the ability to purchase toys from the in-game Toy Store and to save more than one Toy Box. Redeeming starter packs of previous versions in the series or any individual figures does not unlock the full game.
- However, any figures that were redeemed can still be fully used in the game even as a "free user", without losing access to trial characters.

DLC and expansion packs

- Characters are only available as digital DLC, but existing figurines contain a web code in order to unlock them. Codes are redeemed through the Disney Infinity website.
