Cosmetic Diablo IV contains a cosmetics shop, where cosmetic items are purchasable with real-money equivalent currency.
Currency In addition to currency obtainable in-game, there is also a real-money equivalent currency obtainable via the paid battle pass or by being purchased directly for real money called Platinum.
Time-limited Battle passes are seasonal, and will cease to be available upon the end of the season.

Version differences

Standard Edition: Contains the base game, Inarius Wings & Inarius Murloc Pet in Diablo III, Amalgam of Rage Mount in World of Warcraft and Umber Winged Darkness Cosmetics Set in Diablo Immortal.
(Digital) Deluxe Edition: Contains the contents of Standard Edition, including up to 4 days Early Access to the game, Seasonal Battle Pass Unlock, Temptation Mount and Hellborn Carapace Mount Armor.
Ultimate Edition: Contains the contents of Deluxe Edition, including Accelerated Seasonal Battle Pass Unlock (includes a Premium Seasonal Battle Pass Unlock plus 20 Tier Skips and a cosmetic) and Wings of the Creator Emote.
