DMC3 Transparency, Hell Eye, and Moon Texture Fix

Fixes the lack of hair (and Lady's bandages) transparency for all three characters in DMC3 (by shu_bham).[5]
Includes cheburat0r fixes for the pixelated Hellgate Eye texture in Mission 20 and moon texture.
Can be used with the Helix Mod by extracting the files to <path-to-game>\data\dmc3\GData.afs (a folder created upon launching DMC3 with Helix Mod installed, or a folder you can create yourself).

DMC3 Antialiased Movies (shu_bham)

While most of DMC3's cutscenes are in engine, some were prerendered with ingame assets and were not rerendered or upscaled for the HD release
Decreases the jaggedness of these scenes to better upscale for hd displays while decreasing file size of the movies.

Issues unresolved

Devil May Cry 1 Crashing on AMD Phenom/Athlon CPUs

Several users are reporting that Devil May Cry 1 will not run on AMD Phenom processors due to a lack of SSE4.1 support.[8]
DMC 2 and DMC 3 SE do not appear to have this problem.
The AMD FX lineup is not affected.

Issues fixed

Run the game at screen refresh rate

Fullscreen mode defaults to 60 Hz even if the screen refresh rate is set higher than that.
Override refresh rate set by game[9]
  1. Download Devil May Cry HD Collection 3D Vision Fix.
  2. Extract the contents to the installation folder.
  3. Open d3dx.ini and go to the [Device] section.
  4. Change ;refresh_rate=60 to refresh_rate=120 or your desired refresh rate (make sure to remove the ;).
