Restore music playback
- _Inmm.dll can be used to fix the lack of game music by patching the EXE to run a special .dll file that emulates Redbook audio.
How to use _inmm.dll[citation needed]
|
- Download the _inmm.dll installer and extract it, then run the installer.
- Open your game CD in any application that rips audio CDs, and rip the audio into an easy to find place.
- Open _inmm.dll Setup
- On the "Method" tab, change the "default" option to DirectShow.
- Select the "_inmm.dll" tab, then click "add".
- Go to the folder you ripped the game audio into. Then select all of the "track" files (2 through 19).
- Select "Save" then go to the folder you installed Destruction Derby 2 in. Then save the ini file.
- Close _inmm.dll Setup, then drag your game executable file onto the "_inmmcnf.exe" file itself. This will pop up a message asking if you want to patch the executable. Select "Ok".
