Fix refresh rate

Open Nvidia Control Panel.
Click on "Manage 3D settings" in the 3D Settings tab, on the left side.
Click on "Program Settings" in the window on the right.
Click on "Add", and search for Death's Gambit in the list of recent programs. If you can't find it in that window, search for the exe file, called deathsgambit397.exe in the game folder (steamapps/common/Death's Gambit)
Under "Specify the settings for this program", search for "Monitor Technology", change it to "Fixed Refresh". Apply and close Nvidia Control Panel.
