Issues fixed
Crash on startup
When the game crashes on startup with the message Error E2000: D3D Error: D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE[2][3], or with the error Malfunction W-2113929204: Unnamed Error no. -2113929204 (the error hash is {289a12fb-10fd-bb5b-3edc-4567046643a5}), then apply the following fix. This is a DirectX-error.
