Essential improvements

Remove black scanlines

Removing black scanlines by using DOSBox SVN Daum
  1. Download DOSBox SVN Daum and extract it into <path-to-game>\DOSBOX overwriting any files when asked.
  2. Download fixvideo.fx and move it to <path-to-game>\DOSBOX\SHADERS
  3. Edit dosbox_d.conf with a text editor and change the line output=overlay to output=Direct3D.
  4. Add the line pixelshader=fixvideo.fx underneath and save.
Only works with the Direct3D renderer.
