Stadia Controller + 8BitDo Adapter != Vibration Support

Change the 8BitDo adapter listing to show that it DOES NOT support vibration when used with the Stadia Controller.

Source: 

- The comments on the reddit post currently linked in that part of the existing article
- The firmware update notes for 8BitDo USB Adapter 2 V1.04 which explicitly states that it does not support vibration
- Bought one and tried it with the latest firmware. It doesn't support vibration.

Also of note is that 8BitDo's "Ultimate" remapping software is also not compatible with Stadia controllers paired with this device.

Stadia update: BT 5.0 removes issues, declare "working" for Windows

I want to update the Stadia Controller page, specifically the Windows section.

I've updated my Stadia controller to use Bluetooth exclusively, and this comes with BT 5.0 support which from my experience, removes the Stadia issues with BT disconnects. However, that may be because I upgraded to a BT 5.0 adapter. I want to update this page to reflect that.
