The Razer Wildcat is a game controller released by Razer on November 11. 2015.[1]

Compare to its predecessor, the Wildcat's overall design resemble that of the Xbox Wireless Controller. It have a total of four remappable buttons, with two on the shoulder and two on the back. It also have 2-step triggers stops, hair-trigger mode and profile switching (up to 2 built-in profile). It comes with the optional two stick cover and rubber grips.

The Wildcat is a native XInput controller, meaning that it is supported in games that uses the XInput API.

Connect the controller
  1. Use the included Micro-USB to USB type-A cable to connect to a USB port on the computer.
  2. The controller will automatically be recognized by the supported OS and install generic driver for it.

Windows

Connecting the controller should automatically download and install latest drivers for the controller.

reWASD

Guide button can be remapped.
Can emulate the DualShock 4 to play PS4 Remote Play, PS Now or Dualshock 4 compatible games.
Custom configs for XInput controllers can be found in official Community Configs Library maintained by reWASD users.

Steam

The controller is recognizable as a XInput controller.

Steam Link compatibility

Works natively over USB. All buttons are mapped correctly.
Works without any drivers on any operating system that supports Steam.
Can be used just to send input from a controller to a PC. Go into Streaming options, hit 𝗬 and disable video and audio streaming.
May not work great unless the streaming device is connected to LAN or a low latency Wi-Fi.

Remapping the buttons on the controller
  1. Press and hold the ʀᴇᴍᴀᴘ button until the profile indicator light start blinking to enter the remapping mode.
  2. Press and hold any of the remappable buttons.
  3. Press any of the existing buttons (, , , , 𝐀, 𝐁, 𝐗, 𝗬, LS, RS, LT, RT, LB, RB, Ⲷ ᴍᴇɴᴜ, ⧉ ᴠɪᴇᴡ) to bind them to the remappable button.
  4. The controller will vibrate once the button is mapped and will exit the remapping mode.

  1. Press the ᴘʀᴏꜰɪʟᴇ button to cycle through the 2 built-in profiles.

Notes

The currently-used profile is indicated by the profile indicator on top of the controller.
