Key points

The Dual Strike attempted to blend both mouse and game pad functions into a single unit. It was composed of two portions; there is a hinge between the two that allows you to rotate the right side up and down and from side to side.
The Dual Strike was connected to PCs through a USB port allowing for use on a large range of devices.
The Dual Strike's unique feature is that the right side can be twisted around. In theory this enchances precision movements like aiming and firing, while the left hand controls agility and movements like running and sidestepping.
The Dual Strike comes with its own configuration tool called SideWinder Central. It has 20 pre-defined game schemes.
