Red Alert 3: Uprising, like its predecessor, apparently prioritizes the integrated graphics card over the dedicated one in systems with two GPUs. If the integrated card runs the game slowly because it is not as powerful as the dedicated one, this may result in severe slowdown when running the game at Ultra Settings. Normally this fix is simply accomplished by using the Windows 10 graphical setup to select the High Performance GPU, but Red Alert 3 requires an extra step:

- ↑ 1.0 1.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in
~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/24800/
in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (24800) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
