Patch 1.76

Fixes several bugs and inconsistencies. There are two versions: US and European.

Shinkansen Bullet Trains

Shinkansen Bullet Trains restores content that was cut during development.[2] Once the file is placed in the installation folder, a new scenario with the Shinkansen Bullet Trains will be available, as well as the Shinkansen itself in the Scenario Editor.
