Issues fixed

Main menu restricted to 800x600

Due to the menu being locked at 800x600, this may result in the incorrect frequency being chosen by some displays (mainly TVs).
Fix menu resolution[citation needed]
  1. Download the custom CotN.exe file from wsgf.org.
  2. Extract the desired CotN.exe to <path-to-game> and overwrite the original CotN.exe.
