Drop this file in the same executable path dinput8.dll

1. Press Windows key + R

2. Open "regedit"

3. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/WOW6432Node/UBISOFT/BlazingAngels2/somegibberish/Basic video/

4. Scroll down to ResolutionRefreshRate and then change DECIMAL to 60

5. On the "Base", tick from decimal to hexadecimal
