The game engine may allow for manual configuration of the game via its variables. See the Unreal Engine 4 page for more details.

Field of view (FOV)

Set FOV to any value beyond in-game limits through a config file[5]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open GameUserSettings.ini.
  3. Locate the line that starts with FieldOfView and modify the value (e.g. FieldOfView=125).
  4. Save the changes.

Anti-aliasing (AA)

Disable AA through a config file[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open Engine.ini.
  3. Add

[SystemSettings]
r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=0

  1. Save the changes. (This will disable all forced AA in the Game)

Depth of field

Disable depth of field through a config file[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open Engine.ini.
  3. Add

[SystemSettings]
r.DepthOfFieldQuality=0
r.DepthOfField.Max=0

  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open Engine.ini.

High dynamic range display (HDR)

Use Special K
  1. Download Special K
  2. Enable global injection through the Special K UI
  3. (Optional) Install the Special K wrapper through the compatibility menu, by holding Ctrl+ Shift while launching the game
  4. In-game, open the Special K UI using Ctrl+ Shift+← Backspace
  5. Open the HDR Calibration menu under the Widgets tab
  6. Enable scRGB HDR (16 bit) and restart the game
  7. Adjust the settings in the HDR Calibration menu
Global injection needs to be enabled every time the game is launched, unless the local injector is installed. This may cause compatibility issues with other games
Windows HDR must be enabled
Without manual whitelisting, this method will only work for the Steam version
Fullscreen may have DPI scaling issues. For this reason, it is recommended to switch to borderless windowed in-game
