Key points

Port of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis made for Windows 2000 / XP.
Has improved compatibility for modern versions of Windows.
Has the highest quality FMVs out of any other release.
Capped at 30 FPS.
Suffers from PSX's shakey polygon/vertices effect (the same effect can be produced on the original RE2 Version when running in software mode) due to low-precision vertex transformation. Use Resident Evil 3 Classic REbirth to fix.
Random crashes during door transitions due to incorrect sound handling. Use Resident Evil 3 Classic REbirth to fix.

Essential improvements

Resident Evil 3 Classic REbirth

Includes several code rewrites to ensure support on modern hardware with recent OSes (Windows 7 and later), providing better frame rates and responsive input detection. Also fixes all crashes related to sound.
Fixes rendering for 3D models so that they don't appear wobbly or distorted.
Requires version 1.1.0.
Adds back to the title screen the original configuration screen and enables The Mercenaries to be accessed from the same screen, effectively making the dedicated executable redundant.
Run the game with -config command line argument to configure options.

High Quality Audio

Replaces the voice acting and music with the ones from the restoration project mod.
Includes an older version of the Classic REbirth Patch.

4K Remastered FMVs

Reduces the pixelation in the FMVs by a lot.

Seamless HD Project

Replaces textures with upscaled versions.
