Steam version of the game is identical to itch.io one. However configuration file ShowMeSomeBooty is missing, which causes "SFW mode" cheat to be force enabled and cheats menu to be disabled in game.
Create empty file[1]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>
  2. Create completely empty file ShowMeSomeBooty.
  3. Start the game.

If successfully done, there's now "Cheats" at the bottom of the settings screen.
You can also download the itch.io version and delete NonSteam from the files to enable Steam features.
