Game does not have an option to choose between different resolutions, forcing black bars on the sides.
It does however changes the resolution using the Aspect Ratio option in settings, but for some reason it refuses to work on 16:9 and 16:10 aspect ratios forcing it only on 4:3

Potential resolution fix
  1. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Centauri\ALTERNATIVA\gfx_options
  2. Modify the hexadecimal value of the registry named xres to match your wanted value. Example: for 1920 in screen width enter 780 (value of 1920 in hexadecimal).
  3. Modify the hexadecimal value of the registry named yres to match your wanted value. Example: for 1080 in screen height enter 438 (value of 1080 in hexadecimal).

  1. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Centauri\ALTERNATIVA\gfx_options
  2. Modify the hexadecimal value of the registry named refreshrate to match your wanted refresh rate. Example: for 144hz enter 90 (value of 144 in hexadecimal)
