i think 4096 sector sizes will have a lot of compatibility issues with a lot of different apps and games, it has just not been tested yet since almost literally no one makes use of 4096b logical sector sizes. Only people who fuck with their formatting and don't know what they're doing tbh, as there is little to no benefit when compared to 512b.
