Ummm its like they want you to buy the game and then you can download the pack. I googled it to see that can i get it from somewhere else and at a forum it was written that it is too at mega upload. And thanks to FBI again it was a dead end.
It looks like Beamdog are the only people hosting the fan pack at the moment, and you can only download if you have Xenus II in their account. Maybe if you contact them they will provide you a link?
once you do get a copy, can add it to the Citadel Project, (check sidebar)
