[edit] Crashing when NPCs enter combat mode
When mounting your directories (or automounting them in a .conf file) make sure to mount the game like this:
(assuming that the game is in the directory "c:\games\harvest")
mount c c:\games
c:
cd harvest
harvest
Not like this:
mount c c:\games\harvest
c:
harvest
The way shown in the second example will cause a crash when any NPC attempts to enter combat with you.
