[edit] Delete renderer_settings.xml
- Go to
%LOCALAPPDATA%\LAG\data\settings - delete
renderer_settings.xml - Try to launch the game again.
[edit] Update PhysX
Download and install the latest Nvidia PhysX System Software.
[edit] Reinstall Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
- Open Programs and Features (
appwiz.cpl) - Uninstall "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable" (this version only)
- Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86).
[edit] Random Minimizing
Xfire does not fully support Lead and Gold, and will occasionally cause random minimization of the game while playing. Simply exit Xfire before playing to prevent this.
[edit] Bad performance on ATI/AMD Cards
If you are experiencing graphics glitches or low FPS on a newer ATI/AMD card, try installing the latest drivers.
[edit] Cannot see Dedicated Servers
- Go to the Steam config folder, found in the following location by default:

- 64-bit Windows:
- verify that
MasterServer2.vdfexists. - If it does not, recreate it following these steps.
