Key points
- Linux version only available through Ubuntu Software Centre.
General Information
Availability
- The demo is available on the official website.
Best Version
- For Windows users, the GOG.com version of Torchlight is the best because it is DRM-free and includes extra downloads including artwork, soundtrack and a level editor.
- For Mac users, the retail version of Torchlight is the best, it is still DRM-free, but only includes an artbook comparing to the GOG.com version.
- For Linux users, the Ubuntu Software Centre version of Torchlight is the only version available, and therefore the best, although WINE emulation works very well[1].
