Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing is widely regarded as the worst PC game ever made. It was released seemingly unfinished, and is also famous for its phrase "YOU'RE WINNER!" which it displays when you win, which is all the time as it is impossible to come second. It also also regarded as one of the most highly polished and accomplished racing games of the era, by its many, many fans.
