DirectX 12 support

Does anyone know if this game actually supports DirectX 12? I've been doing some testing and DirectX 12 support appears to be bugged or removed completely.

1) First I accessed the game and changed the DirectX version in the display menu. It was 11 and I changed it to 12. I restarted the game. When opening the game again, both RTSS and AMD Software Overlay continued to display DX11.

2) I checked that the Engine.Device.DirectXVersion tag in the UserSettings.cfg file was set to 12, but the game still continued to run only in DX11.
