Issues

  • On older or less graphical capable machines there can be a lot of lag, the easiest way to alleviate this without completely lowering all your graphical setting. Turning of shadows drastically increases the performance of the game, and can normally change the game from unplayable to an acceptable frame rate.

Account

Error Issue: "The environment is currently unavailable to play"

Continuation Issue when trying to access the free trial.
Information Can occur when one has previously applied a Friends Trial or Weekend Pass Trial to the account. This is despite the fact that these accounts should be able to apply the free trial to the account:[1]
"Anyone who has not yet purchased and applied their official Game Product Registration Code for Star Wars: The Old Republic is eligible for the Free Trial, including players who may have previously taken part in the Friends Trial or the Weekend Pass Trials."
